The major highlight is the layered design. Lenovo Vibe X2 incorporates three distinct layers with different colors and textures. Even more interesting is the fact that you can add more layers of cool accessories on top.
Only 7.3 mm thick Vibe X2 employs a 5 inch IPS LCD display with 1080p full HD resolution, (441 ppi) powered by 2 GHz 32 bit MT6595 SoC based on ARM big.LITTLE architecture. There are 4 cortex A17 cores and 4 other Cortex A7 cores for less demanding tasks. All 8 cores can function simultaneously as well. Graphics will be handled by PowerVR G600. Chipset is assisted by 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The imaging hardware of the Vibe X2 includes a 13 MP main camera at its back with auto focus and LED flash for a better low light performance and a 5 MP front-facing selfie camera for video. Software is Android 4.4 Kitkat and all hardware of this dual SIM device will be powered by a 2300 mAh battery (29 hours of talk time and 9 days of standby time). Other features include 4G LTE/ 3G, Wi-Fi Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac;, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. We are eager to lay our hands and test this unique design approach at the Nov 6 launch.
