The Lenovo Vibe Shot houses a 5 inch Full HD IPS display with Full HD 1080p screen resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under its hood, the smartphone employs a 64 bit 1.7 GHz octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor backed by 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of native memory space that can be expanded further by another 128 GB. As mentioned above, the Lenovo Vibe Shot boasts of an contemporary design with an aluminum frame and is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop topped with Vibe UI.

Coming to the imaging aspects, the Vibe Shot is given a 16 MP main camera and it is the first smartphone to use tricolor flash at its back. The main camera has auto focus, six-piece lens, Optical Image Stabilization, BSI and other features such as Laser auto focus for twice the focusing speed. Tricolor flash will automatically adjust the luminosity of the images depending on the ambient lighting conditions. Furthermore, there is a dedicated camera shutter key and a switch besides it to flick between smart shooting and pro shooting modes. The latter provides control over ISO, white balance, manual adjusting of exposure and others. On the other hand, smart shooting helps in adjusting the photo based on the scene automatically. Otherwise, the Lenovo Vibe Shot is given 4G LTE Cat 4 support, an 8 MP front facer for clicking selfies and video conferencing. There is a 2,900 mAh battery and dual SIM functionality as well.
